QuandoSports ("we", "us", "the app") is a sports schedule and reminder app. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. QuandoSports does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or any other contact details.
The following are saved locally on your phone only, and are never sent to us or to any third party. They are removed automatically if you uninstall the app:
The event listings you browse (fixtures, tournaments, dates and times) are read from our Firestore database. This is one-way — the app reads schedule data, it does not write anything about you or your device to it.
If you choose to add an event to your device calendar, the app requests calendar permission at that moment and writes the event directly to your own calendar app. Nothing about your calendar is sent to us or read by us beyond that single action.
Match reminders (Pro feature) are scheduled entirely on your device using local notifications. No reminder data is transmitted anywhere — if you turn reminders off or uninstall the app, they are gone.
Free users see ads served through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers (such as your Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), approximate location, and app usage information in order to serve ads, which may be personalised based on your interests unless you opt out or your region requires consent first. This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us directly. You can review Google's practices at their privacy policy and limit ad personalisation at any time via your device's ad settings, or by upgrading to Pro, which removes ads entirely.
QuandoSports Pro is a paid subscription purchased entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play, using whichever payment method you already have on file with your Apple or Google account. We never see or store your card details. We use RevenueCat to confirm and manage your subscription status; RevenueCat receives purchase and entitlement information tied to an anonymous device/app identifier only, not your name or email. Restoring your subscription on a new device is done through the "Restore Purchases" option and is verified against your store account.
QuandoSports is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising shown to users is subject to Google AdMob's own child-directed treatment settings and policies.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change and, for any significant change, we will make reasonable efforts to make that clear within the app.
